Courses & nominations. 

Programmes are offered as open courses and in-house programmes. All open programmes are held in the UK & Ireland, in-house courses can be delivered worldwide. If you would like to attend any of our programmes you can nominate to the waiting list, as soon as we get 6 or more people we agree a suitable venue & date with you & run the course.  Most short workshops are 1/2 days but can be tailored for content and duration.

The Certificate in Training Practice: 
This national qualification for trainers is delivered in modules over a nine month period. It leads to associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. Further information about all CIPD programmes can be found on the CIPD website: click here

The Business of Thinking: .  Unlock the secret of selling, creativity, understanding others and how to give the right answer, to the right person, at the right time.

Conflict Management: A popular course that teaches impulse control and communication strategies, using the martial art of Aikido as a metaphor.

Managing People with Difficulties:  Many people are viewed as difficult. Change your perception and you change your ability to respond. This is a course that deals with people we find difficult. 

Negotiation Skills. This programme provides a model & insight into the negotiation process.
