It is with regret I have just learned of the sudden death of my friend and former colleague Ned Doggart. We worked together way back in the Public Service Training Council and I will always remember him for his unique training style and good humour. Although of late he had many personal health difficulties, during his short life he touched many people with his insight and wisdom. Some of the happiest times in my life were in PSTC with Ned. As I think of those times in PSTC it reminds me we often lose that which is valuable too soon. My thoughts are with his children and family circle at this difficult time.
