Young people need to be able to relieve themselves of worry, anxiety and tension if they are to lead healthy and contented lives These short coaching sessions aim to build resilience and social and emotional learning in young people. The "Konfidentkids" appoach combines small group sessions with 1 to 1 HEARTMATH stress reduction techniques to help young people achieve physiological balance in their life.
This work is especially useful during stressful events like exam time. A 5 session individualised learning programme is available to enhance social & emotional learning in children.
