Hugh Russell is the Managing Partner of Russell Associates. With over 30 years experience in education & training he a member of the International Positive Psychology Association and a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programmimg, a Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel & Development, a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council(EMCC) and the American Society of Training & Development. He works internationally but primarily in the UK & Ireland. 

Hugh works in collaboration with several international consulting firms and is an executive coach and registered test facilitator with Performance Assessment Network. He offers a variety of assessments including self report and 360 instruments with follow up coaching.

He also works with 

• The Haygroup who specialise in 360 assessment of emotional intelligence.

• Herrmann International who have pioneered the application of whole brain thinking in business. 

• The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development to offer the nationally recognised training qualification: Certificate in Training Practice.

He delivers in-house and external training courses.
