Hugh Russell (a passionate but twisted individual) is the Managing Partner of Russell Associates. With over 30 years experience in education & training he enjoys training and being a member of the International Positive Psychology Association and a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programmimg. He is also a Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel & Development, a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council(EMCC) and the American Society of Training & Development. He works primarily in the UK & Ireland.  

Russell Associates work in collaboration with several international consulting firms including 

• The Haygroup who specialise in the 360 assessment of emotional intelligence.

• Herrmann International who have pioneered the application of whole brain thinking in business. 

• The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development to offer the nationally recognised training qualification: The Certificate in Training Practice.

The team (all equally passionate & twisted) deliver in-house and external training courses.

We are also test facilitators with Performance Assessment Network. We offer a variety of assessments including self report and 360 instruments.
